What moves and excites me is knowing something I've built or shaped makes doing the complex simple. Efficiencies grow, technology expands or gets more nuanced. How we do things, what we know, is quickly superseded and it becomes much easier to get lost, to detach. And why not - life is busy enough! With an early career in media, marketing and Masters in Communications (RMIT), I like seeing the opportunities that reveal themselves when global shifts meet passionate minds; when ideas are explored and creativity greets demand; when sparks are fostered and nurtured through the science of Product and Project delivery.

Whether that's a Platform, Application, Software, website or Learning Management System; a Client Feature or Business Enabler, I believe technology should inspire mastery within you and never feel insurmountable. When you engage with it, you help it grow and in turn it makes doing things easier. It solves a need and is relevant only because it keeps solving that need. What excites me is bringing that to an audience, watching it form and evolve in real time. We see humanity in those moments - an unfulfilled need gaining traction - a problem not being addressed. It's a craft that learns from missteps, forgives quickly and rewards us all.
